Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a vital part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring our store maintains a clean and welcoming environment, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver a great shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's M.A.P. (Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills) values consistently.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize products on shelves.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, monitor inventory accuracy, and follow cash policies.
• Adhere to company policies, ensure data security, and perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Work in compliance with company standards and policies.
• Excellent communication skills, organization, and team collaboration.
• Meet requirements for alcoholic beverage handling and sales.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
