Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor stock levels for accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and minimize losses.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure security and confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
