Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team, providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of the store.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock merchandise, and maintain displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties and ensure store security.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
