Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and working collaboratively with our team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Follow all company policies and procedures while upholding security and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and safely.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
